Shipping
Orders are shipped using USPS or UPS. Orders are processed on weekdays in the order received, and we do our best to send them out as quickly as possible.
Free standard shipping is available on orders of $125 or more. Any applicable standard-shipping charge for an order below that threshold is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
When a shipping label is created, a tracking number is sent by email if an email address was supplied at checkout. If you do not receive a tracking email, please confirm that the email address on the order is correct.
Address accuracy and delivery issues
Please check your shipping address before placing an order. Incorrect addresses can result in a parcel being returned to us; any return-shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items, but please contact us and we will help with the carrier process where possible.
Local pickup
Free local pickup in our Mount Horeb shop is available when offered at checkout.
