In-store purchases
Returns are accepted in store within 14 days of purchase with a receipt. Merchandise must be unused, in original condition, and have tags intact. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Returns are not accepted after 14 days. Sale items are final sale.
Online orders
To begin a return, email shop@melroseonmain.com with your order number within 14 days after delivery, as shown by your tracking number. Items must be unused and in original condition. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Return shipping costs are not covered. A return shipping label can be provided on request, and its cost will be deducted from the refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Final-sale items
All sale items and all Jellycat items are final sale.
